Licence

Every product sold by Flux is a set of digital files: source code, documentation, and a licence. You are buying a licence to use those files, not ownership of them.

You choose a licence at checkout. It applies to the files delivered in that purchase and does not expire.

Use the files in one project that belongs to you. You may modify them freely and you may publish the result.

You may not use them in work you are paid to deliver for another party. If a client is paying, you need the Commercial licence.

Use the files in unlimited projects, including work you are paid to deliver for clients.

You may hand the resulting site and its files to that client as part of the engagement. The client may continue to use and modify what you delivered.

Build whatever you like with it. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage these files as a competing template, theme or component library.

This is intended to catch one specific thing: repackaging the files into something that competes with them, such as a theme marketplace listing, a website builder, or a redistributable component library. Building websites is always fine.

Copyright in the original files remains with Flux. Your licence is perpetual for the version you purchased.

Updates to a product you own are free. Email hello@flux.temune.com and your download link will be reissued.

Products may depend on open-source packages such as React, Next.js and GSAP. Those carry their own licences, which apply to you directly and are unaffected by this document. GSAP in particular has its own terms depending on which plugins a product uses; where a product depends on a licensed plugin, this is stated on the product page.
