The rules for using flux.temune.com and buying from it.

Agreement
These terms cover use of flux.temune.com and the purchase of digital products from it. Buying means you accept them and the licence attached to your purchase.
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally as a downloadable archive. There is no physical shipment.
Download links are private, time-limited and capped to a number of uses. Sharing a link does not transfer your licence; if yours expires or exhausts, email us and it is reissued.
If your link expires or fails before you have the files, contact us and it will be reissued at no cost.
Payment
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Cards and the wallets Stripe supports (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link where available) all work. You are charged once, at the price shown, with no recurring billing of any kind.
Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers or our database. We receive a payment reference, the amount, and the email address you gave Stripe.
You are responsible for any tax applicable in your jurisdiction that is not collected at checkout.
Refunds
All sales are final. Every template is delivered as complete source code the moment payment clears, so purchases are not refundable once the download has been issued.
This is why every template ships with a live demo you can scroll, resize and throttle before you spend anything: the demo is the trial. Nothing statutory is being signed away, and where consumer law in your country grants a right that overrides this, that law applies.
If the files are faulty, incomplete, or materially different from what the product page described, that is not a refund question: contact us and it will be corrected or the purchase reversed.
What is not promised
Products are provided as is. They are not warranted to meet a particular requirement, to run unmodified in every environment, or to remain compatible with future versions of their dependencies.
Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Changes
Products may be updated over time. Updates to a product you own are provided at no additional cost.
These terms may change. The version in effect is the one published at the time of your purchase.
